The full technological cycle enterprise was designed and constructed at the kibbutz Gamal Sarid territory. It produces mainly cutting and grinding tools used in various mechanical engineering and construction industries.
This modern production includes the following stages:
- Acceptance and storage of raw materials
- Preparation of abrasive compounds
– The abrasive compounds preparation stage is a site of automatic dosage of ingredients stored in 16 silos and mixers. - Production of grinding tools like disks, belts, etc.
– Tools (disks, belts, etc.) are manufactured on special automatic multi-station rotary machines with automatic loading and unloading. - Packaging, storage and loading of finished products
– Packaging and piling of finished products is automated as well.
All production process stages comply with the most advanced requirements applicable to such enterprises, i.e. safety, ecological cleanness, high productivity, minimum percentage of manual operations.
