Vessel unloading equipment consists of a 150-ton silo mounted on a movable chassis and used as a buffer storage for cement; a lower-hold discharging system representing an electrohydraulic manipulator-like device carrying a flexible suction pipe through which cement is transferred from lower holds to cement bulk trucks; and a system to transfer cement from the silo into cement bulk trucks.

To unload sea vessels, the Ring Engineering developed a special cement suction system comprising unique filters with special cartridges operating at high differential pressure.
The enterprise equipped with two close circles dedusting systems with bag filters to ensure completely dust free operation.

To transfer cement from silo into cement bulk trucks, a special conveying system combining screw conveyors and fluid slides was designed.

The equipment is completely self contained. For this purpose, the chassis has a special compartment equipped with soundproofing lining that comprises diesel-generator, vacuum and hydraulic pumps, air compressor  and all necessary fittings and automatic devices.
