1500 tph plant design for Lime and Stone Ltd., Golan Junction, Israel, for the recycling of building rubble materials. The plant was designed and constructed in three phases to gradually achieve the rated capacity. Size reduction of the raw materials in accomplished by means of crushers, screeners, feeders, etc. Approximately 50 conveyors are utilized in the plant to convey the materials. A special silo was designed for temporary storage of the processed materials. 10 distinct aggregate sizes can be produced, screened and distributed.
